A non-profit local development association dedicated to empowering individuals, nurturing communities, and fostering active citizenship across the Khouribga region.
Founded in 2014, Saada Association for Development is a non-profit organisation based in Khouribga, Morocco. We exist to develop individuals' personal and creative capacities, and to instil the values of volunteering and citizenship — so that every person can become an active, empowered member of society.
We work across social, environmental, cultural, and educational domains, running innovative programs that serve children, women, youth, and families throughout the Khouribga province.
Two guiding principles that shape everything we do — from our daily workshops to our long-term community development strategy.
To develop individuals' personal and creative abilities and instil in them the values of volunteering and citizenship, so that every member of our community becomes an active contributor to society. We empower people through education, culture, and social engagement — creating lasting, meaningful change that ripples outward from Khouribga.
A society where happiness is created through giving — where civic responsibility, creativity, and solidarity are the foundation of every community. We envision a Khouribga where every individual, regardless of background, has access to the opportunities, skills, and support they need to thrive and contribute.

A snapshot of recent programs, events, and milestones that reflect our commitment to community development.
At the invitation of the Ministry of Solidarity, Saada represented civil society at the First Regional Conference on Public Family Policy — advocating for children's rights and social protection across the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region.
Designed and equipped a public green space with a children's playground, creating a safe and stimulating recreational environment for families in Khouribga's Quartier SAADA.
Launched robotics and programming workshops for youth as part of the association's commitment to digital literacy and future-ready skills in underserved communities.
On International Day of Sport, Saada organised a special sporting event celebrating inclusion and equality — bringing together youth with and without disabilities to share in physical activity and community spirit.
In partnership with two other associations, Saada organised a 10-day summer camp for 80 children from Khouribga, Hattan, Lamfassis, and Boujaad — featuring sports, arts, cultural visits, and swimming.
Saada's president participated in a high-level forum on the role of partnerships in civil society, representing the association's model of collaborative, community-driven development.
Since 2014, Saada has been quietly but consistently building a stronger, more empowered Khouribga — one program, one family, one child at a time.
