The SAADA For Development Society is a non-profit organization that seeks to contribute to building a more advanced and prosperous society by empowering vulnerable and marginalized groups. We support them in achieving their aspirations and dreams while enhancing their individual and collective capabilities.

We believe that development is not given but built collaboratively. Our efforts focus on promoting positive societal awareness and providing the necessary opportunities for personal and professional learning and development. We are committed to contributing to sustainable development and, in cooperation with local and international partners, work towards creating a better future for everyone, where there are equal opportunities for learning, growth, and prosperity.

Vision:

The SAADA For Development Society works towards contributing to the building of an advanced society characterized by cooperation, solidarity, and creativity. We aim to promote a culture of continuous learning and development, enabling individuals to harness their full potential and achieve their aspirations. This is achieved through providing educational, training, cultural, artistic, and social programs that help develop their skills and elevate their living and professional standards. In collaboration with local and international partners and relevant stakeholders, we strive to achieve sustainable development and enhance the well-being of both the community and its individuals.

Mission:

At SAADA For Development Society, we believe that empowerment and development are the fundamental pillars for achieving personal and societal success and independence. We work to enhance the capabilities of individuals and empower them to become independent and active contributors to society. Our efforts include equipping individuals with the necessary skills and resources to excel in their fields and providing social and psychological support to improve their quality of life.

We are committed to creating positive change in the lives of individuals and communities by providing opportunities for personal, social, and economic learning and development. We prioritize supporting vulnerable and marginalized groups, building trust among individuals, and promoting collective efforts to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, we encourage and support community partnerships and collaboration with other organizations.

The SAADA For Development Society seeks to contribute to the development of various aspects of individuals’ lives, helping them become self-reliant and active participants in public life. We do this by empowering them through education, training, and guiding them along the path of positive and effective change.

Strategic Objectives of the Association during the period 2023-2028:

Objective 1:

Enhance the performance and efficiency of the association to become a developed institution capable of meeting the needs of its targeted groups.

  • Achieve excellence in performance and improve the quality of services provided by the association.
  • Develop work systems and management to enhance the association’s efficiency and effectiveness, with a continuous system for monitoring and evaluation, and the development of annual action plans to improve performance and achieve specific goals.

Objective 2:

Strengthen the continuity of the services provided by the association to its targeted groups and surroundings.

  • Build strong partnerships with local and international institutions, civil society, and the private sector to achieve sustainable development.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the targeted groups to respond to their expectations and provide support and assistance in achieving their goals.

Objective 3:

Contribute to improving the living conditions and economic situations of youth and women.

  • Provide training and educational programs for individuals to enhance their skills and improve their individual capabilities.
  • Encourage community participation in decision-making through organizing forums for dialogue and interaction between targeted groups, institutional partners, and the association.
