How to Join Us

Becoming a volunteer at Saada is simple. Follow these four steps and we will welcome you into our family.

Step 1
Send Us an Email
Write to us at contact@saadafordevelopment.org or a.assermouh@saadafordevelopment.org. Briefly introduce yourself, mention the area you are interested in, and share your availability.
Step 2
Initial Interview
We will invite you for a short conversation — in person at our office in Khouribga, or remotely — to learn more about your skills, interests, and how we can work best together.
Step 3
Onboarding & Orientation
You will receive a brief orientation covering the association's mission, values, active programs, and your specific volunteer role. You will also meet the team and other volunteers.
Step 4
Start Contributing
Once you are on board, you become an active part of our volunteer network. Attend events, lead activities, and watch your contribution make a real difference in the community.

There is no fixed minimum. We adapt to your schedule. Even a few hours a month makes a difference. Regular commitment is appreciated but flexibility is at the heart of how we work.
Yes, for certain roles such as content creation, translation, graphic design, and communication tasks. Many activities do require physical presence in Khouribga, but we discuss options with each volunteer.
Yes. All new volunteers receive an orientation session before they start. Depending on the program area, we also provide specific on-the-job guidance and periodic skill-building workshops.
