A participatory development association dedicated to empowering vulnerable and marginalised groups — building skills, creating opportunities, and inspiring active citizenship across Khouribga.

Saada Association for Development is a non-profit organisation based in Khouribga, Morocco, working to contribute to a more advanced and prosperous society. We empower vulnerable and marginalised groups — supporting them to realise their aspirations and strengthen their individual and collective capacities.
We believe that development is not given — it is built collaboratively. We promote positive social awareness, create pathways for learning, and invest in personal and professional growth. Through sustainable development principles and strong local and international partnerships, we work to build a future where equal opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive are accessible to all.
Two guiding principles that shape every decision we make — from daily workshops to our long-term community development strategy.
At Saada, we believe that empowerment and development are the cornerstones of personal and community success. We work to strengthen individuals' capacities and enable them to become independent, contributing members of society — providing the training, resources, social support, and guidance they need to achieve their personal and professional goals. We create positive change in people's lives through education, social engagement, and economic inclusion, building trust and promoting collective action for sustainable development.
Saada envisions contributing to an advanced society defined by cooperation, solidarity, and creativity — where a culture of continuous learning is celebrated and individuals are empowered to reach their full potential. Through educational, training, cultural, artistic, and social programmes, we aim to raise living standards and professional capacities. In partnership with local and international stakeholders, we work toward sustainable development and the well-being of every person in our community.
Seven principles that guide every action, partnership, and program we undertake at Saada For Development.
We uphold honesty, accountability, and openness in all activities and projects — continuously striving for improvement and renewal.
We believe the association has a prominent, active role in society — addressing negative phenomena and reinforcing positive community values and principles.
Our work is rooted in team spirit, brotherhood, and collective effort — among all members, volunteers, and staff at every level of the organisation.
We believe mutual trust is the foundation of success — and that trust is earned through honouring every commitment we make, in words and in action, to all members of our community.
We honour the principles and values of Moroccan society rooted in Islamic teachings — treating every individual with dignity, care, and understanding.
We champion creative thinking and support innovative projects that align with sustainable development goals — building a culture of ideas and continuous invention.
Our work is built on a clear, fluid professional methodology — accessible to all members of the association across all social and economic backgrounds.
Six interconnected domains where Saada creates tangible, lasting impact for the people of Khouribga.
Language workshops (Arabic, French, English), reading clubs, calligraphy, digital literacy, robotics, programming, and professional skill-building sessions — preparing youth and adults for a changing world.
Summer camps for 80+ children annually, children's rights advocacy, sports programs that break barriers, and recreational green-space development — nurturing the next generation.
Sewing, crochet, digital embroidery, and handicraft workshops that build vocational skills, foster economic independence, and celebrate Moroccan women's creativity and artistry.
Calligraphy art, preschool beautification, cultural visits, artistic expression workshops, and active participation in regional cultural events and civil society conferences.
Green-space creation, children's playground development, environmental education programs, clean-up campaigns, and sustainable community development initiatives across the province.
Disability rights advocacy, socio-economic empowerment, and partnerships with national institutions (CNSS, ANAPEC, INDH) to support vulnerable and excluded populations.
Three interconnected objectives guiding our work over the next five years — building a more effective, sustainable, and impactful association.
Evolve into a high-performing institution capable of meeting the needs of our target communities — through continuous quality improvement, organisational diagnostics, staff training, and evidence-based annual planning with robust performance monitoring.
Build lasting partnerships with local, national, and international institutions — while maintaining continuous dialogue with target communities to understand and respond to their evolving needs. Expand our digital presence and professional communications to extend our reach and impact.
Support youth and women through tailored training and educational programmes that build skills and independence. Launch the Saada Academy for Education & Training, accompany 300+ people annually with psychological, logistical, and financial support, and organise civic dialogue forums and cultural competitions that promote community participation.
Since 2014, Saada has been quietly but consistently building a stronger, more empowered Khouribga — one programme, one family, one young person at a time.

Development is not given — it is built together. Whether you want to volunteer your time, support our programmes, or simply spread the word, there is a place for you in the Saada family. Happiness doesn't result from what we get, but from what we give.
